Georgia is known as the Peach state. The state was one of the original 13 colonies and is known for its peaches, peanuts, and pecans. It is famous for bulldogs and the big airport in Atlanta. Stone Mountain is a popular place to visit, as well as Six Flags and the historic town of Savannah. The world’s largest drive in fast food restaurant is located in Atlanta, called the Varsity. It can accommodate a whopping 600 cars and 800 people inside!!!
