					<description><![CDATA[Treat this just like climbing a ladder, where your legs do virtually all of the work. Only use your hands for balance the vast majority of the time.  You had your arms extended up while waiting to decide what to do for fairly long times at once, which will tire your arms out pretty quickly.  When you are resting/deciding, keep your arms down at or below your shoulders to allow the blood to run into your arms and hands easier.]]></description>
