Running on the Creeper trail is just dangerous. There are so many ‘toe trippers’ in the form of rock tips embedded and sticking up right on the path. Keep your eyes open and hopefully you’ll see them, but likely not with the leaves over them. It’s great for bikes but not maintained for running. It’s a trail….not a road so fair enough. Also watch for bikers. Most don’t say “on your left.” Some of the e-bikes are geared to go up to 20 miles an hour. Scary when one silently flies by.
